Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Because many irrigation products are installed into systems, we cannot accept returns once items have been:
- Installed
- Used with water or pressure
- Altered in any way
How to Return
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order details
- We’ll confirm return eligibility
- Return the item securely packaged
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos where possible
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Compatibility & Ordering
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
- Product compatibility with their system
- Correct sizing, fittings, and pressure requirements
